3. Payments

Payments are processed through a third-party platform. By making a purchase, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete payment information.

  • Honour all charges incurred, including taxes.

  • Allow us to automatically charge your payment method.

  • Pay any incurred charges if your payment method is dishonoured.

If payment is not received within [7 days], we reserve the right to cease your access to our offerings immediately and permanently. You will still be held liable for the full cost of the offering.

4. Terms of Use

All digital assets on our website are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction of these assets is strictly prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by Moxieque and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You are not permitted to use these materials without prior written consent.

6. Limited Licensing

Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template for one website. To use the template on multiple websites, you must purchase a separate license for each project.

You may not:

  • Modify, share, or exploit our offerings.

  • Claim our offerings as your own.

  • Distribute our offerings for profit.

  • Create derivative works based on our offerings.

Unauthorized use is considered theft, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action.

7. Template Access

You are granted lifetime access to the templates and supplementary resources from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to discontinue our offerings at any time, with a 30-day notice.

Access may be temporarily restricted for maintenance or updates. We are not liable for any damages resulting from such restrictions.

8. Media Release

By submitting content (e.g., comments, photos, videos) to our website or community, you grant us the right to use it in our marketing or promotional efforts, including your template redesign. This right includes the use of your name and intellectual property rights.

We are not obligated to display your content and may remove it at any time.

9. Confidentiality

We may collect personal data, including name, address, contact details, billing information, and preferences. By using our offerings, you consent to the collection and use of this data. We will not disclose your information except as stated in this agreement.

10. Lawful Purposes

You agree to use our templates and resources for lawful purposes only. We reserve the right to revoke access if you violate these terms.

Your purchase includes delivery of the template to your email within [2 business days]. If you opt for installation services, we aim to complete the setup within [5 business days], excluding content migration and third-party plugin installations.

Support Policy:

Support does not cover:

Earnings Disclaimer:
